Have a question?
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same business day from Queensland. Standard delivery within Australia takes 2–8 business days after dispatch, and you’ll get a tracking email as soon as it’s on its way.
Do you offer free shipping or a free gift?
Yes — orders over $80 get a free reusable bread bag, and orders over $140 get free standard shipping within Australia.
Can I return something?
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Email info@think4earth.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out. Full details are on our refund policy.
Can I see your products in person?
Yes — come and say hello at one of our market stalls listed above. We’re there most weekends.
Do you sell wholesale?
We do. Cafés, bakeries and retailers can apply for a wholesale account, and once approved you can order from our wholesale range when you log in.
Something’s wrong with my order — what do I do?
Sorry about that. Email info@think4earth.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
