🚚 Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Standard Shipping
Typically takes 2–8 business days once your order has been dispatched.
Express Shipping
Typically takes 1–3 business days once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. Elliott Importing Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges — they are the customer's responsibility.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

↩️ Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
30-Day Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We'll refund the full order amount minus the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Email us at Info@think4earth.com with your order number and a photo of the item as soon as possible. We'll make it right.
