This bread saw was purchased as a present for my mother. I told her about the one I had purchased and she said that she had been looking for one of these for decades. Her sister had something similar 50 years ago, and she has never been able to find one. Until now. When she receives this as a present, she will be very happy.

This bread knife is everything I've been looking for for years. My Aunt had a bread knife with a slicing guide when I was only young and for decades I've been searching for one. This one is much sharper then my Aunts one ever was. To keep it in the kitchen draw it has to stay in the box it delivered in.
At last I can slice bread, including sourdough without drama.

This is the best bread knife I have ever used. Makes cutting fresh bread so easy. The blades are super sharp so be careful. I would love if these come with a protective zip up pouch to keep them in.

Great, Australian made product. High quality. Small critique is because the side metal guide is curved, it doesn't really allow you to cut all the way to the base of the bread - I admit, this may be my stupidity.
