Her sister had something similar 50 years ago, and she has never been able to find one. Until now. When she receives this as a present, she will be very happy.
This bread knife is everything I've been looking for for years. My Aunt had a bread knife with a slicing guide when I was only young and for decades I've been searching for one. This one is much sharper then my Aunts one ever was. To keep it in the kitchen draw it has to stay in the box it delivered in.
The knife makes cutting my bread so much easier.

Great, Australian made product. High quality. Small critique is because the side metal guide is curved, it doesn't really allow you to cut all the way to the base of the bread - I admit, this may be my stupidity.
